The method was designed around the restrictions buildings enforce: edges and drains are sealed with water barriers, and dirty water is captured and disposed of properly indoors. If your building requires written vendor approval, we provide our Certificate of Insurance and process documentation ahead of time.

Balcony floor, railings, exterior balcony windows, and the exterior balcony door. Everything else is available as an add-on: furniture cleaning, heavy furniture moving, indoor windows, heavy stains, hard-water mineral removal, and junk removal. Small furniture is moved at no charge.

Yes. $1M general liability, $1M umbrella, hired and non-owned auto, and workers' comp. A Certificate of Insurance is available to you or your property manager on request.
A before/after set on every job, texted to you when the work is done. Never inside your unit, and we take care to keep faces, unit numbers, and identifying personal items out of frame. Photos may appear in our marketing unless you'd rather yours didn't; just say so.
